Hannah is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University.

Hannah believes in the strength and resilience that every individual holds, even in the face of life’s challenges. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Her approach is collaborative, working alongside clients to explore their strengths, navigate challenges, and build practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.

Hannah draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each person, focusing on fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of agency. Her practice is inclusive, and she welcomes clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Hannah supports individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image challenges, stress, and burnout.

Hannah offers both in-person and virtual sessions and is currently accepting new clients aged 18 and up.
